Maxine Fink

Maxine Elizabeth Fink, 75, of Hixson, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2011, in a local healthcare facility.Maxine was a longtime nurse at several healthcare facilities in Chattanooga and a longtime member of White Oak United Methodist Church. Maxine was a very caring woman, a loving wife, mother and grandmother.Survivors include her daughter, Suzanne Elizabeth Fink (Don) Smith, of Germany; son, Tony (Jennifer) Fink, of McDonough, Ga.; grandchildren: Justin Nathanel Smith, of Hixson, Hunter Taft (Rachael) Smith, of Washington state and Grant Reece Fink, of McDonough, Ga.; brother, Marshall Hayes (Kathy) Hatley, of Houston, Texas; several nieces and nephews.Funeral services are 1 p.m. Friday at White Oak United Methodist Church with Rev. Amy Whatley officiating.Graveside services are 10 a.m. Saturday in Chattanooga National Cemetery.Flowers are welcome or memorial contributions may be made to White Oak United Methodist Church, 2233 Lyndon Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37415 or ones favorite charity.
