Billy Eugene Bice, 55, of Chattanooga, went home to be with his Lord on Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2012, in a local hospital.Billy was a native and lifelong resident of Chattanooga and was of the Baptist faith. He was a graduate of Kirkman High School and was employed as produce manager with Food Lion. Billy enjoyed fishing, collecting antiques and thoroughly enjoyed life. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Annie Mae Bice; sister, Betty Louise Raines;and brothers, David Farris, Clarence Edward Bice Jr., Carl Eugene Bice and Pete Bice.Survivors include his sisters, Audrey Robinson, Mary Miller and Patricia Gaddis; special nieces, Shawnna and Angela Whitt; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Billy will be greatly missed by his poodle, Sebastian.Services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday in the South Crest Chapel with Rev.
