French Frazier

ATLANTA French Benham Frazier Jr., 65, died on Sunday, Jan. 22, 2012.Mr. Frazier, a native of Lookout Mountain, Tenn., was born on Nov. 9, 1946, to the late French Benham Frazier and Frances Lindfors Frazier. Mr. Frazier graduated form The Baylor School, attended The University of the South and graduated from the University of Chattanooga. He served in the United States Navy prior to joining the former Robinson Humphrey Company in 1972. At the time of his death, he was a Senior Vice President with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. French was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed bone fishing, dove and duck hunting. He especially loved spending time with his family on Harbour Island in the Bahamas.Mr. Frazier was predeceased in death by his brother, Frederick. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Mary Ann McKinney Frazier; son, French Benham Frazier III and his wife, Anne, of St. Simons Island, Ga.; a daughter, Mary Weyman Frazier, of Atlanta, and a brother, Charles Lindfors Frazier, of Lookout Mountain, Tenn. He is also survived by his granddaughters, Francie and Eliza Frazier. A memorial service was held on Wednesday, Jan. 25, at St. Philips Cathedral.
