ROCK SPRING Thomas William Hoerner, 89, died Thursday, June 21, 2012, in a local hospital.He was a member of Peavine Baptist Church and the NCOA American Legion - Moose Club. Mr. Hoerner enjoyed woodworking and reading.Survivors are his wife of 63 years, Alma L. Hoerner; son, James M. (Glenda) Bearden, LaFayette, Ga.; grandchildren, Jennifer Jill Bearden Elrod, St. Augustine, Fla., Tonya Sizemore, LaFayette; six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.Funeral services will 1 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Joe Brown officiating.
