Theresa McGoff

FORT OGLETHORPE Theresa Anne McGoff, died Nov. 7, 2012 in Fort Oglethorpe.She was originally from Kalamazoo, Mich., born April 11, 1959 was the youngest of John and Dorothy Woodworth McGoffs six children. She was a 1977 graduate of Msgr. Hackett HS and a 1984 graduate of Kalamazoo Valley Community College as a certified respiratory therapist. Her medical career spanned 30 years originating at Bronson Hospital and ending at Oaklawn Hospital in Marshall, Mich.She was preceded in death by her brother, Thomas; and her father John.Left to cherish her memory are mother, Dorothy (Sue) McGoff, of Fort Oglethorpe; brother. John (Debby) McGoff, of Schoolcraft, Mich.; sisters, Marian (Pat) Keenan, of Flint, Mich.Kathleen McGoff, of Kalamazoo, Mich., and Christine McKeever, of Ringgold, Ga.; 11 nephews; two nieces; one great-niece, and great-nephew.The family requests no flowers, in lieu of flowers please remember Theresa with a memorial gift to her favorite charity: Patterson Place Garden #1 Patterson Place Fort Oglethorpe, GA 30742.Visit www.heritagefh.com to share words of comfort with the family.Memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home parlor with the Rev.
