Reginald Carter, Sr.

Reginald Nathanial Carter, Sr., 52, of Chattanooga, passed away Thursday, Dec. 26, 2013 in a local hospital. The body will lie-in-state today at 10 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home with the funeral to follow at 3 p.m. in the chapel with Paul Baker as the eulogist.
