James R. "Jim" Myers, 50, passed away on Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013, at home. He was of the Christian faith. He loved his family dearly.He was preceded in death by his daughter, Alissa Myers; and grandparents, Dewitt and Lille Mosley, Hershel and Madie Myers.He is survived by his parents, Rita Mosley and Billy R. and Etta Myers; sons, Jonathan Myers, Billy Myers; and daughter, Melissa Myers; grandchildren, Joshua Myers, Lucas Cramer, Matthew Cramer, Parker Cramer, Ryan Cramer, JaVhonie Myers, and Hannah Glassmire, step-brother, Labron "Chunny" Smith, step-sister, Tammi Stubblefield.The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. today in the chapel of the funeral home. Entombment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
