Jill A. Nunley, 62, passed away Sunday, Nov. 3, 2013, at her home surrounded by family. Mrs. Nunley was preceded in death by her father, Albert H. Layne; granddaughter, Beth Ann Brown. Those left to cherish her memories are her husband of 42 years, Fairlie Douglas Nunley; children, Melissa (Marty) Brown of Whitwell, Annette (Tim) Yancey, of Chickamauga, Ga.; mother, Nola M. Layne, of Whitwell; three grandchildren, Megan Yancey, Kristin Yancey, Cody Brown; sisters, Brenda (David) Long, MaDonna Thomas, Peggy (Ray) Long, Joy (Wayne) Richards, all of Whitwell, Doris (Don) Magouirk, of Palmer. Family will receive friends 10 a.m.-9 p.m. today, Nov. 5, 2013. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2013 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Sam Long and Rev.
