John Pressnell Jr.

John R. Pressnell Jr., 65, formerly of Chattanooga, passed away on Wednesday, April 9, 2014, in Little Rock, Ark. Mr. Pressnell was born in Chattanooga to Elsie and John Pressnell Sr. He was a graduate of Kirkman High School and retired from the U. S. Air Force as an aviation inspector after serving in the Vietnam War. The family would like to thank his friends at Indian Hill Church in Little Rock, AR for all their love and support. Surviving are his son, Paul Pressnell; daughters, Katrina Bryant and Michelle Pressnell; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Brooks; brother-in-law, Johnny Frye; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, April 13, at the funeral home. Funeral services will be at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, April 14, at the funeral home with Rev. Sam Riggs officiating.
