Vonnie Truss

Vonnie Nell Truss, 77 passed away Monday, Feb. 24, 2014. She was a former LPN at Erlanger Hospital. She was a member of Rose of Sharon MB Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and a daughter. Survivors include her daughter, Marilyn Truss of Chattanooga; grandchildren, Terry Filer, Corey Truss, Shayla Carter and Teela Truss, all of Chattanooga; great-grandchildren, Raven Carter, Destiny Carter, Deshawn Ballard and Alayna Ballard, all of Chattanooga; a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at noon on Saturday, March 1, at Rose of Sharon MB Church with Rev. Sylvester Truss officiating. Rev. Charles Moore, pastor. Burial will be in Hamilton Memorial Garden. Visitation from noon until 7 p.m. today, Feb. 28, 2014 in the Advantage Chapel.
