Mildred Kirkwood

Mildred June Kirkwood, 92, of Harrison, passed away Friday Feb. 28, 2014, at home surrounded by those she loved. "June" lived a long, fulfilling and happy life. She was a loving, caring nurse her whole career- not retiring till she was 75 years old. Her strong, quiet faith took her through the many bumps in life including the death of her husband, Merle in April of 2013 after 68 years of marriage. Left, to cherish the memories of this wonderful woman with a beautiful smile are her five children; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
