Victoria Graham

Victoria Jean "Sunshine" Graham, 57, passed away Oct. 9, 2015. She owned and operated a daycare center for over 15 years. She was a member of United Church of God. She was preceded in death by her father, Theodore E. Cotton Sr. Survivors include her husband, William James Graham; children, Veronica D. Cotton, Serena D. Fields, LeShell R. Hall, James L. Hall, William C. (Jalisa) Hall, Earl C. Weaver and Deion Bumpass, mother, Barbara Jean Carter, all of Chattanooga; ten grandchildren; a host of other family and friends. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 18, 2015, in the Chapel with Pastor Bill Cowan officiating. Interment in Highland Memorial Gardens. The body will lie in state after noon today, the family will receive friends from 6 7 p.m. at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Avenue, 622-9995.
