Wesley Chambers

Wesley Leon Chambers, 81, went home to be with the Lord on Feb. 16, 2016. Wes was a lifelong resident of the North Georgia area and was a member of Chattanooga Valley Church of the Nazarene. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Myrtle (Collins) Chambers; and grandson, Deric Horton. He is survived by his loving wife of over 60 years, Ruth (Price) Chambers, of Flintstone, Ga.; children, Connie (Wesley) Jenkins, of Flintstone, Ga, Gary (Donna) Chambers, of Rossville, Ga., Shirley (Dave) Dameron, of Flintstone, Ga.; siblings, Charles Chambers, of Canton, Ga., Martha Ford, of Lookout Mountain, Tenn. Bruce Chambers, of Signal Mountain, Tenn.; four grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 19, 2016, in Lakewood Memory Gardens, South, with Pastor Jon Bemis officiating.
