James Burnette

ROSSVILLE — James David (Pete) Burnette Sr., 70, passed away Monday, Oct. 2, 2017. He was predeceased by his dear wife, Mona Faye; parents, Elmer E. and Frances V. Burnette; nieces, Sarah F. and Destiny Hilliard; brothers, Charles Lee Burnette, Donald Ray Burnette, Stephen Burnette. Left to cherish his memories are sons, James David (Sarah) Burnette Jr., Timothy Charles Burnette; daughter, Christy Kay Steele; brother, Rickey Burnette; sister, Darlene Burnette (Tommy) McLemore and many grandchildren and his favorite nephew, Jamie Millholland. Special family includes James and Linda Smith and children. There will be no visitation or services. The family would like to thank Linda Williams.
