William Dunn

ROSSVILLE — William E. Dunn Jr., 74, passed away Sunday April 15, 2018. He was a member of Ringgold Church of God. Mr. Dunn owned Dunn Towing and had served as a Volunteer Fireman in Rossville. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Earl Dunn Sr. and Thelma Varnes Dunn; brother, George Dunn and sister, Judy Anderson. Survivors include his wife, Mary Sue Dunn; son, Bill (Debbie) Dunn; three daughters, Pam (Chris) McCormick, Dawn (Hurley) Fondaw and Ashley Dunn; brother, Ronnie Dunn; sister, Martha Mae (Junior) Mabe; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 S. Moore Road with the Rev. Carroll Allen officiating. Burial will be in Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
