Joseph N. Beard, 60, of Chattanooga, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2018, in a local hospital. Funeral service is today at noon at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Todd Lansden as the eulogist. Burial in Forest Hills Cemetery. Arrangements are by Taylor Funeral Home of Chattanooga Inc.
