Cheryl Reshay Coleman-Sturdivant, 37, of Chattanooga, passed away Friday, May 25, 2018, at her residence. She attended Brainerd High School and was a member of Olivet Baptist Church. Cheryl was preceded in death by her grandparents, Katherine and Rufus Appleberry, Richard and Catherine Coleman. Survivors include her husband, Trammell Sturdivant Sr.; stepson, Trammell Sturdivant Jr.; stepdaughter, Nisa Sturdivant; three stepgrandchildren; father, Deacon Richard (Gloria) Coleman; mother, Mary K. Crawford-Davis; brothers, Richard (Kirsten) Coleman, Antonio Coleman and Charles Hudson; sisters, Delores (Trampas) Wright, Tara (Edwin) Nelson and Preshinda Crawford; nieces, Ericka Williams, Rashinda Dozier, Lashinda Coleman, Khadeja Kearney, Jada Coleman, Cooper Coleman, Imani Myrick, and Aloni Wilson; nephews, Dominique James, LáMedrius Talley, Edwin Nelson III, Kori Coleman, and Tarik Nelson; brother-in-law, Larry (Marquice) Mitchell; sister-in-law, Tamala Sturdivant; a host of aunts; uncles; cousins; other relatives and friends. Visitation is today from 6 to 7 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. Funeral service with be Saturday at noon at Olivet Baptist Church with Bishop Kevin L. Adams Sr. as the eulogist. Burial in Forest Hills Cemetery.
