POSTELLE — Blanche Irene Cutcher Kidd, 96, passed away in Collegedale, Tenn., on April 24, 2019. The 6th of nine siblings all born at home to Chalmers Frank and Donnie Elizabeth Bates Cutcher. She was preceded in death by three husbands and her two children, Larry Tom Arp and Sue Arp. A graveside service will be held at noon on Sunday, April 28, 2019, at Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Harbuck/Turtletown, TN. Eulogy will be given by her Nephew, Raymond Terry Cutcher of Chattanooga, TN, son of her youngest brother Raymond Vance Cutcher. Services are open to the public.
