Floyd Lee Rhodes

ROSSVILLE — Floyd Lee Rhodes, 66, passed away Wednesday – Jan. 2, 2019. He was born in Fort McClellan, Ala., to the late King and Berdie Poag Rhodes. He had resided most of his life in the Northwest Georgia area. He was a member of Midway Baptist Church in Ringgold, Ga. He enjoyed bowling and spending time at swimming pools. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Debra Powell Rhodes and a sister: Elaina Rhodes. He is survived by his daughter, Lorrie Bailey and son, Kenneth Rhodes, both of Missouri; siblings, Nancy (James W.) Kittle, of Ringgold, Ga., Lonnie (Karen) Rhodes, of Rossville, Ga., Deborah (Bill) Bowman, of Fort Oglethorpe, Ga., Roberta (Clarence) Ogle, of Tunnel Hill, Ga., Donna Ochoa, Tommy Rhodes, both of East Brainerd, Tenn., John Rhodes, of Rossville, Ga., Cecil (Leah) Youngs, of Rock Spring, Ga., Robert (Angie) Rhodes, of IA, Mark (Tara) Rhodes, of Prattville, Ala., James Youngs, Cindy (Bobby) Wallin, Christopher (Teresa) Rhodes, all of Ringgold, Ga.; two grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Saturday morning prior to the service. Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. – Saturday – Jan. 5, 2019, in the Fort Oglethorpe Chapel with Rev.
