Evelyn Frank

Dorothy Evelyn Frank, 99, Hixson passed away Friday, June 21, 2019. She was a life long Chattanooga resident, born February 5, 1920 to Arthur and Maybell Turbyville and a member of Middle Valley Baptist Church. Dorothy never met a stranger and greeted all with a smile and kindness. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Frank, Sr; brothers, Robert, Charles, and John Turbyville; sister, Virginia McKissick. She is survived by her son, Robert L (Judy) Frank, Jr.; grandsons, Robert (Candy) Frank, III of Milton, Ga., Wesley (Michelle) Frank, of Ennis, Mont.; great grandchildren, Mattison, Sarah Kate, Anna Beth, Beau and Ryan Frank. Many nieces and nephews, cousins and numerous friends also survive. Graveside services will be held Friday, June 28, 2019, at 2:00pm in Hamilton Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758517, Topika, KS 66675, phone 855-448-3997.
