Dimple Mae Chapman
FLINTSTONE — Dimple Mae Raines Chapman, 70, left her earthly home to be with our Lord on Sunday, May 12, 2019, she is healed. Dee Dee was a mother to anyone who crossed her path.
Both her heart and home were always open. She worked for the Rossville NHC for over 20 years. Her life was spent caring for others.
She was preceded in death by her father, Otis Raines; mother, Madeleine Johnson; brother, Billy
Raines and loving husband for 23 years, Larry Chapman.
Survivors include her daughters and son-in-law, Tonia Lorene Johns of Chattanooga, Tenn., and, Tammy and Tim Lambert, of Flintstone, Ga.; brothers and sister-in-law, Dudley Dale and Darlene
Thompson and Steve Raines; nieces, Olivia Monica Davis and Rebekah Thompson; great-nieces, Kassidy Davis and Hope Davis; three step-children; two God Children; several aunts, uncles
and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m., Wednesday, May 15, 2019, in the Fort Oglethorpe chapel with Pastor Paul Davis officiating. Entombment will follow in the Tennessee-Georgia
Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 3 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday and prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
