Lawrence Neiswender

Lawrence Eugene (Larry) Neiswender, Jr.,81, of Chattanooga passed away on November 6,2019. Larry was born on July 3, 1938 in Dayton, Ohio to Lawrence and Glenna (Wollenhaupt) Neiswender. He was a loving husband to Mary Margaret (Peggy) Neiswender for 55 years, and a devoted father to his three children: Cheryl VanHyning, Toni Youngman and Jeffrey Neiswender. Larry was known for his quick wit, endless joke telling, love of laughter and impeccable fashion sense. He was a Christian man, passionate reader and trivia buff. Larry was preceded in death by his wife Peggy, mother and father, two sisters (Emma Lou Davis and Gwenn Fudge), one brother (Bill Neiswender), a stepson (Larry Tibbs) and a grandson (Bryon Tibbs). He is survived by his three children, nine grandchildren (Tony Tibbs, Shane Tibbs, Shana Tibbs Jones, Adam Ellis, Nathan Hawkins, Courtney Hudson Ferguson, Lauren Hudson Moton, Will Neiswender and Jordan Neiswender), thirteen great grandchildren, one brother in law, nieces, nephews and cousins.
