Terry Jones

RINGGOLD — Terry Lynn Jones, Sr, 65, a longtime resident Ringgold, GA passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at his home in Ringgold, GA. Terry was a longtime member of New Liberty Baptist Church. He loved listening to George Jones and southern gospel music. He loved watching John Wayne movies. He drove a truck for WestRock for over 34 years. He will be missed by all who knew him. He is preceeded in death by his wife of over 29 years Patricia Ruth Jones; parents Covis and Hazel Jones. Left behind to cherish his memory is his son Terry Lynn Jones, Jr.; daughter Crystal Nicole Watson; brothers Jerry Jones (Paulita), Tim Jones, Tracey Jones(Rhonda) and Bert Jones(Amy); sisters Frances Calvert(Ray) and Linda Ownby; grandchildren Emily Heath(Zack) and Tessa Watson; great-grandchild Macie Heath and many nieces, nephews and other family members. The family will be holding a celebration of life at a later date.
