Fred Watkins

Fred Avery Watkins, 58, of Hixson, TN passed away on August 28, 2019 in Jamestown, TN. He was born on February 10, 1961 in Hollywood, FL. He is preceded in death by father Kenneth Watkins and birth mother Sylvia Wooten. He is survived by birth father Fred Stephens, mother Ellen Watkins Plachner, spouse Kim Watkins, two sons, four grandchildren and several step children along with several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by four sisters Sherry Green of Jamestown, TN, Charlene Harvey of Easley, SC and two other sisters. There will no services at this time. Companion Funeral Home of Athens has charge of these arrangements.
