Alfred C. May

Alfred "Buddy" May entered Heaven on March 15 2020. Born January 24, 1932.

Buddy is preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Ora May, sister, Thelma May Gann and sister, Veneta May Sisk.

Buddy graduated from University of Chattanooga, was a Veteran of the U. S. Navy and retired from Combustion. Buddy was a member of Red Bank Baptist Church where the May family was active in founding the church in the early 1900s. Buddy lead choirs in several area churches including South Daisy Baptist Church and lead the Prime Time Singers at Red Bank Baptist church.

Buddy is survived by his wife, Janie Blaylock May, nephew, John Sisk Sr. and several great nieces and nephews.

Special love and gratitude to Ed and Nancy Blaylock, for their constant care and love for Buddy.

Memorial service will be held on June 6th at 3:00 at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1-3 Saturday at the funeral home.
