Bettie Clark

Bettie Joyce Clark, 88, passed away Tuesday, November 24, 2020 in a local healthcare facility.

Bettie was born in Collinsville, AL but spent most of her life in the North Georgia area. She was a member of Flintstone Baptist Church and retired after 20 years of service with Nations Hosiery Mill. Bettie enjoyed sewing, quilting, flower gardening, canning vegetables, reading, and listening to music.

Bettie was preceded in death by her husband, Edgar Clark; son, Monroe Clark; parents, Ernest and Ora Jones; and siblings: Nolan Jones, Louise Raynes, Irene Teague, Joseph Jones, Bessie Simpson, Benson Jones, and Marvin Jones.

Survivors include her daughters: Caffie Clark, Marcia (Tony) Bryant, and Nena Clark; seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; nieces, nephews; and her church family.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 29th, 2020 at 1pm in the South Crest Chapel with Pastor Brent Smith officiating. Interment will follow in the High Point Cemetery.
