Sallie Mae Raines “Mustang Sallie”, 79, passed away Tuesday, April 13, 2021, in Chattanooga. She is predeceased by her mother, Edna Ophelia Brown; son, Edward Eugene Brown. She is survived by two daughters, Carolyn Denise Newman and Brenda Gail Raines; special niece, Darcell Swafford; 5 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.

Public viewing will be held 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm Sunday, April 18. 2021 in the chapel of John P. Franklin Funeral Home.
