COLUMBIA, S.C. — Edith Daugherty Woolbright passed away on Saturday, Feb. 20, 2021. Born and reared in Chattanooga, Tenn.,, she always loved and missed the mountains.

She is survived by her children, Guy Woolbright III, and his wife, Diana; Beth McCary, and her husband, Rhea; Cindy Bradshaw, and her husband, John; and her daughter-in-law, MacLean Limehouse Williams. She is also survived by her six grandchildren, Alex and Kate Woolbright; Laura Boos, and her husband, Patrick; Stephanie Short, and her, husband John; Michael McCary, and his wife, Lindsay; and Emma Woolbright; and four great-grandchildren, Connie, Hildy, and Bridget Boos, and Easton Short.

She was predeceased by her husband, Guy Woolbright Jr., and her beloved son, Stephen E. Woolbright.

Her greatest accomplishments were her much loved children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Her love for them knows no bounds.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Meals on Wheels, 2817 Millwood Ave, Columbia, SC 29205.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2021, in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel, is assisting the family. Memories may be shared at
