After 35 years of joyous life, Alison Thurmond Kunsemiller Bylsma left her body . peacefully to begin a new adventure on December 25, 2020. She is survived by her husband John Bylsma, and their two sons, Connor and William Bylsma, her parents, Patty and Dave Kunsemiller; her sister, Anne Kunsemiller; and her many aunts, uncles, cousins, and loving friends.

Born in Seattle, Washington Sept 15, 1985, she and her family lived in Seattle, Chattanooga TN, Omaha NE, and then Alison moved to St. Louis MO to attend college, where she graduated from Maryville University in 2008, and met her future husband, John, married in 2013 and continued her mission to create a full and happy life.

Services: A private memorial service will be held in the SCHRADER Funeral Home, Ballwin, Sunday, January 10, 2021 at 2:30 p.m. The service will be accessible via a live webcast available through a link at the Schrader Home website. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Magic House Children's Museum in honor of Alison's lifelong dedication to the nurturing and education of children.
