Linda Hoge

FT. OGLETHORPE - Linda Killingsworth Hoge, 80, home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 22, 2021. She was a life-long resident of the Chattanooga/North Georgia area and was a member of the Seventh-Day Adventist faith. Mrs. Hoge was retired from Olan Mills in Chattanooga after several years of service.

Throughout her entire life, she held an unwavering faith in God. She had a heart of gold and a willingness to offer a hand to whomever needed it. She was present for each of her children and grandchildren as an encourager, friend, and confidant up until the day she died. Her home was a place of warmth, laughter, and precious memories. She will forever be remembered for her generous spirit. “Her children arise and call her blessed.” Proverbs 31:28.

She was preceded by her parents, James P. Killingsworth and Agnes Galloway Killingsworth; brother, Ronnie Killingsworth; and granddaughter, Diana Sisk.

Survivors include sons, Barry Hoge of Chattanooga and Rob Hoge of Ringgold; daughter, Dana (Donnie) Sisk of Rock Spring; sisters, Iris Killingsworth of Chattanooga and Diane Haugan of Apopka, FL; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held at 4 PM Saturday July 24, 2021 in the funeral home chapel.
