Christine Fletcher

Christine Marie Fletcher, 53, of Chattanooga, Tenn., passed away on July 22, 2021.

She was born on Jan. 4, 1968, and was reared in Glen Rock, N.J. She and her husband, Bill,

married in May 1991 and moved to Ohio where they started a family. They moved to Thailand for two

years and settled in Chattanooga, Tenn., thereafter where they lived for 21 years.

Chrissy was the anchor of her family and will be missed dearly by all who knew her. She was an amazing

daughter, sister, wife, mother, sister-in-law, aunt, and friend. Chrissy was loud, crazy and had the biggest heart. She never met a stranger and made life fun.

Chrissy was loved by everyone who met her.  Her laughter was contagious and her spirit uplifting. Even

in the worst of times, Chrissy could find some humor and find a way to laugh, making others around her

feel at ease and in great company. She made a lasting impression that will never be forgotten. She taught her children to live well and love well.  Her light will shine on forever through her family—her legacy—and by every life that she touched. She will be remembered forever and loved always.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 30 years, Bill Fletcher, three loving children, Jennifer, Jack,

and Colin; her father, David Vadon; brothers, Philip (Denise) Vadon, and David (Kathy) Vadon; mother-in-law, Rose Fletcher; brothers-in-law, Dan Fletcher and Mark (Kristen) Fletcher; nieces and nephews, Joey, Megan, Nicole, Courtney, Daniel, Abigail and John; great-niece, Angelica; and dog, Brody.

She was pre-deceased by her mother, Elizabeth Vadon; her father-in-law, Fred Fletcher; her brother-in-law, John Fletcher; and her nephew, Nicholas Vadon.
