ROSSVILLE — Barbara Gay Bryant Wilson, 71, went to be with The Lord on Nov. 20, 2021. She has been a

resident of the North Georgia area for most of her adult life; and is a member at Union Ave Church in Rossville.

She enjoyed to sing & loved her family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren very much.

She was preceded in death by her husband Sgt. Major Jerry Randall Wilson; her son Virgil Byram; parents Virgil

& Lena Bryant; and siblings Mary Pemberton, Raven Bryant, Wilma Hicks, and three infant sisters.

She is survived by her children Janet (Danny) Burton, Angela (Danny Lee) Langford, four legged nurse Lady

Wilson; sisters Betty Jo Green, Lola Webb, Charlsie Chapman, Carolyn Cooper, Rosetta (Ray) Lafleur, Tammy (Michael) Peardon; brothers Jim (Vera) Bryant, Tommy Bryant, Larry Bryant; grandchildren Beverly Kelley, Jana Kelley, Tabitha McBurnett, Ariel Burney, David Langford Jr., Clint Langford, and Zachary Byram. Also

surviving are 14 great-grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday Nov. 21, 2021 & all day Monday Nov. 22, 2021, in the parlor of the funeral home. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday Nov. 23, 2021, at

2 p.m. in the Ft. Oglethorpe Chapel of Wilson Funeral Home with Bro. Gary Bone officiating. A burial will follow at Lafayette City Cemetery.
