Ada Patterson

Ada Pearl Jackson Patterson departed this life on Oct. 4, 2021.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Cleophus and Eula Jackson; grandson, Christopher Thomas Bell; brothers, Arthur, Clarence, and Thomas Jackson;

She leaves a legacy of faith, love and family. She will be greatly missed by her devoted husband, George Edward Patterson; daughters, Greta (Michael) Long, Valerie Patterson and Dethrice (Thomas) Bell; sister, Romell Dawson; and brother, Herman (Sherrie) Jackson; sisters-in-law, Annie Mae, Mary, Mia Patterson, Kenover Jackson, Shirley Jackson, and Mary E. Patterson; brothers-in-law, Henry, John, Ben and James Patterson; seven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, New Anointing family and friends.

Public viewing will be held from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 17th, at the funeral home. A funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. Monday, Oct. 18th at New Anointing Pure Holiness COGIC, 418 N. Holly Street. Interment: Lakewood Memory Gardens-EAST.
