FLINTSTONE - William “Bill” Blankenship, 78 passed away Sunday, January 23, 2022 at his residence with his family by his side.

Graveside service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. (CST) at Blankenship Cemetery in Pikeville, Tennessee with James DeBord, officiating.
