Ernest "Ernie" Clibrey, Jr., 63, passed away on Aptil 30, 2022, following a battle with cancer. He was born March 11, 1959 in Selma, Ala., and lived most of his life in the Scenic City of Chattanooga, Tenn. He spent his days in his lush yard and greenhouse. He always had a green thumb and made a career of his passion for landscaping. His most recent passion was growing a wide variety of mushrooms and he made friends across the country through this hobby. He spent many days enjoying hang-gliding at the Lookout Mountain Flight Park. He was a fan of good music and time spent hanging out with his friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ernest "Bunny" Clibrey, Sr. and Caroline (Toles) Clibrey Fulford. His surviving family is his sister, Gail (Dennis) Carpenter; his daughter, Ashley (Scott) Kershaw; as well as three granddaughters, Layla Kershaw, Ruby Kershaw, and Nora Kershaw; and two nephews, Zachary Davis and Shannon Cassell.

Per his request, he will not have a funeral service.He insisted that life should be lived to the fullest and encouraged his loved ones to do so.
