Doug Holsomback

Doug Holsomback, age 65, of LaFayette passed away Tuesday, August 2, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin Gaston Holsomback and Lillian “Bill” Petty Holsomback. He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Gloria Jean Rollins Holsomback; sisters, Linda Halcomb; Tami Holsomback, and Sandra (Gregg) Veal; brother, Steve (Pam) Holsomback; several nieces and nephews; and several cousins also survive. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, August 5, in the Wilbanks Memorial Chapel with Gregg Veal officiating. Interment at Gordy Cemetery in Ringgold, Ga. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home, LaFayette.
