Bettye Gouger

Bettye Gouger, 93, of Hixson, went home to be with the Lord on September 20, 2022. A Celebration of Bettye’s Life will be held in the First Baptist Church of Chattanooga on Monday September 26, 2022 at 12:00 pm with Dr. Thomas Quisenberry officiating. The family will receive friends at the church prior to the service beginning at 10:00 am. Bettye will be laid to rest with her husband, Carl in the Hamilton Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers memorial contribution in Bettye’s memory can be made to either of the following, First Baptist Church of Chattanooga, 401 Gateway Ave., Chattanooga, TN 37402; Orange Grove Center, 615 Derby St, Chattanooga, TN 37404, or TC Thompsons Childrens Hospital, 910 Blackford St, Chattanooga, TN 37403. Arrangements are under the care of the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson.
