159th anniversary of the Battle of Lookout Mountain

The Craven's House was the scene of the climatic stage of the Battle of Lookout Mountain on November 24, 1863, as the Union forces gained control of the mountain. November 23 to 25, 1863 saw the battles of Orchard Knob, Lookout Mountain and Missionary Ridge, where Union armies drove the Confederates out of Chattanooga. 2022 marks the 159th anniversaries.
