Officials have recovered for two young siblings kidnapped by their father, who does not have custody of his children.
They are still searching for Brandon West, whom officials say forced the children's mother off the road causing her vehicle to strike a tree, the news release stated. He then forcibly removed the children from the vehicle and fled.
He took daughter Zoe West, 2, and son Reason West, 1. They have been found.
Mr. West is a 35 year old white male with brown hair and green eyes. He is 5'6" tall and weighs 165 lbs. He is wanted for previous aggravated assault, aggravated kidnapping and two counts of reckless endangerment. Current charges are pending.
He was last seen driving a gray 2004 Chevy Impala with Tennessee Tag 234QJG.
