Pisgah, Ala., man arrested after drug raid

An early morning tip called in today to the Jackson County Sheriff's Office led deputies to a home on County Road 359 in Pisgah, and a man there was arrested, a news release states.

Narcotics unit and patrol deputies seized Alprazolam, marijuana and drug paraphernalia at the home. Arrested was 38-year-old Michael Don Roden, records show.

Roden was charged with possession of a controlled substance(Alprazolam), possession of marijuana 2nd, and possession of drug paraphernalia, authorities said.

He was placed in the Jackson County Jail and later released on $4,500 bond, according to records.
