Georgia woman killed in home invasion

McDONOUGH, Ga. — Police in McDonough are searching for two people in connection with a home invasion that killed a woman and injured her husband.

A spokesman for the Henry County Police Department said a man and woman broke into a home just before 2:30 a.m. Saturday. The armed intruders struggled with the couple who lived there, and 42-year-old Stacy West was shot to death. Her husband, Chris West, was injured.

A 19-year-old was at home, but police told WSB-TV that he was not injured.
