CLEVELAND, Tenn. – More than 30 vehicles, assorted jewelry and electronics will be auctioned Saturday at the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office.
Prospective buyers can preview the vehicles today at the department’s garage, a short distance from the county justice center at 2150 Blythe Ave. The auction begins at 10 a.m. Saturday, rain or shine.
Most of the vehicles were seized in drug cases, Detective Jimmy Smith said.
“It’s an absolute auction,” he said. “So no matter what’s the high bid, it wins.”
Vehicles are not the only items in the Saturday auction. Jewelry, electronics and a long list of other items ranging from bicycles to televisions and tools are being sold, too, department spokesman Bob Gault said. No firearms are being sold.
