The Chattanooga Lookouts made quick work of the Pensacola Blue Wahoos on Saturday night at AT&T Field.

Quick enough to notch a five-inning victory.

Chattanooga struck for three runs in the first inning and had a 5-1 lead when rain and lightning invaded before the start of the sixth inning. The game lasted just an hour and 32 minutes and was called after a 36-minute delay.

The Lookouts improved to 20-14 for the season and have won 14 of their past 17 contests.

Chattanooga grabbed its 3-0 lead in the first on Jose Siri’s single to right field that scored Taylor Trammell and Tyler Stephenson’s single to right that scored Ibandel Isabel and Siri. The Lookouts extended their advantage to 4-0 in the third when Trammell scored on a Sean Poppen wild pitch.
