River City Co. has launched an online information site to better assist people looking to live in downtown Chattanooga.
The site, www.liveindowntownchattanooga.com, is eyed as a resource tool for apartments and condos in the downtown footprint.
“As we grow as a city with more and more people interested in living in the urban footprint, it was important for us to create a user friendly and attractive site that made it easy for people to search for housing,” said Kim White, River City’s CEO.
The site was created based on feedback from the 2013 City Center Planning efforts that included over 600 community members participating in various meetings and focus groups.
