The Governor’s Council for Judicial Appointments is sending another slate of three names to Gov. Bill Haslam as candidates to replace retired Hamilton County Criminal Court Judge Rebecca Stern.

Amanda Dunn, Thomas Greenholtz and Stevie Phillips, were chosen today from a pool of 10 candidates. Each of the candidates were publicly interviewed today at the Chattanoogan, and will next meet with Governor.

This is the second round of applications for the position, after Haslam initially interviewed Boyd Patterson, Leslie Longshore and Mike Little, but did not choose any of the three to fill the vacant position. The Governor will now work to select a judge from these 6 nominations.
