Heritage Walk is called that for a reason.
The East Brainerd development, started with 80 homes three years ago, is readying to grow by 120 more units and offers connectivity, Jeremy Fitzsimmons, a vice president for developer GreenTech Homes, said.
Heritage Walk aims to have more than 5 miles of shared green space, wooded walking paths and sidewalks when built out, he said.
“We want to have walkability and public place in the community,” Fitzsimmons said in an interview at the East Brainerd and Jenkins roads project valued at about $110 million when built out.
