Cleveland Erlanger desperately needed
We should have access to the best possible care. Erlanger would be a great option for Bradley County, and I hope it opens an emergency center here. I want people to know about the care I received when I had to go to the ER earlier this year.
I had developed sepsis and went into septic shock. I went to the new Erlanger at Hamilton Place. They immediately got me in and took wonderful care of me. If I had gone to a Cleveland center, I still might have been sitting in the waiting room. I probably would have died because my blood pressure was dropping. At Erlanger it was 50/38, and my organs were starting to fail. I am very grateful for Erlanger saving my life.
Erlanger is a top hospital with great doctors and specialists. I want the peace of mind that if something goes wrong, they are there and can see me quickly. It makes a difference.
I will never forget the care they gave me. I am happy to join others in my community to welcome Erlanger here.
