A Hamilton County General Sessions judge this morning sent first-degree murder charges to a grand jury in the case of a Chattanooga man accused of beating his wife to death.
Judge Christie Mahn Sell also denied bond for John “Budweiser” Wiser, who is being held in the Hamilton County Jail.
The death of his wife, Shannon Wiser, occurred on Sept. 7.
