Deadline to apply for the City of Chattanooga and World Changers Home Repair Program is March 4 at 4 p.m. The program will help repair homes from July 12-24. To qualify, you must a homeowner and live in the Chattanooga city limits, be at least 62 years of age or be a disabled homeowner of any age. Social Security documentation of disabled status must be provided. Applicants must be low income based on U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development guidelines and own and reside in the home that is to be repaired.
