Good morning, Chattanooga!
These days, my YouTube recommendations are filled with news stories, video game reviews and The Office compilations. But when I get videos like “A few things we LOVE in Chattanooga, TN” and “A local’s guide to downtown Chattanooga,” it’s obvious to me that the algorithm knows where I live.
Most recently, these videos have come from an account called Chris and Sara, run by a couple who travels the country from the comfort of their van. But when it’s time to take a break, they make their way to Chattanooga where they purchased a home in 2020.
“We are more social on the road. When we come to Chattanooga, we rest,” Sara said. “We have all these friends in all different parts of the country. It’s so fun. We really do love it. We have visited a lot of places because people have reached out and resonated with our story.”
